This is a charming tiny set of plastic toys.  Absolutely not for under 3 years, as the four tiny teddy bears are small, measuring approximately 1" x 1/2".

The Candy Shop has a Candy sign to hang over the door, and is in the form of a little shop and bag; it can hold the teddy bears and then close back up like a suitcase. 

The shop is White with a Pink Roof and Awning, trimmed in Gold and Green.  The Shop measures approximately 7" x 4" x 1 1/2".
