With this assembly, you run each leg of the co-phase harness from each mount to the radio. Since the radio end of these cables are terminated with female mini-UHF connectors, they will pass through a 7/16" (11mm) hole. After both leads are at the radio, you simply attach the "Y" connector to the ends and attach it to the radio. No coax to process ... no soldering joints to complete and no tools needed.
